Deletion Policy
From TSMWIKI
When you see a problem with the text of an event, it is always better to try to fix the problem by editing it or reverting a previous edit. But sometimes an event just doesn't belong on the map. Examples include:
- A duplicate of an existing event
- A single item (e.g. Attack on Pearl Harbor) has been de-constructed into a number of smaller events
- An event is not notable (e.g. My cat's birthday)
- An event is obviously fake and intentionally
In order to delete an event, it must first be flagged. You do this by clicking on the _flag_ link.
Before flagging a item, please check the change history to be sure you can't simply revert a recent change.
Type in a summary of why you think the event should be deleted and then click submit. One of our group of volunteer administrators will review and respond to the request.
